We would like you to be 100% satisfied with all the products that you purchase from us. If you are dissatisfied with you purchase for any reason, you may return your item to us within 14 days and receive either a refund or a replacement item.


All returned items should be in original condition (i.e. Items must be in unused condition, must not have been in contact with water and should include their original packaging).

Warranty


We warrant that all of our products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you find any of our products to be defective, we will offer you the choice of either receiving a new replacement product or receiving a full refund. This warranty does not cover products that we deem to have been either misused or abused. Please contact us at [email protected] for instructions on how to return your products before returning them. We may request you to send some clear photographs for confirming exact situation.

Any problems with your knife?


If you damage or break your knife whilst using it, you will be pleased to know that most knives with blade damage can be repaired or re-sharpened and be returned back to good working condition. If you would like us to appraise your damaged knife and suggest an appropriate solution, please send some clear photographs of the damaged area of the knife and a description of how the damage occurred to [email protected]

Basic Care and Usage Instructions for Japanese Knives


Unlike the majority of kitchen knives available on the market, Japanese Chef's knives have a thin blade edge that is extremely sharp but fragile. Please use special care when you use them and never use them to cut or separate frozen food, or cut very hard ingredients. After use, please carefully hand wash the knife (Never clean your knife in dishwasher machine), dry it with a clean soft cloth and then store it a safe, dry place. If you take good care of you Japanese Chef’s knife it will last for many, many years and be a faithful companion in your cooking adventures!
